Hi I’m Grace. Welcome! Thanks for stopping by and looking through some of my work. Just a little bit about myself. I grew up in a small town in western Poland. It was there with my father’s camera where I began my love of photography. Later in life I moved to the United States where I met the love of my life. We now have 2 beautiful kids and spend our time traveling the world together. We move countries every three years. And because of this hectic lifestyle, photography allows me to preserve those fleeting moments. I find inspiration in simple things, a home cooked meal, watching my children play, a good book. I am straightforward, honest, a realist. And I hope that comes through in my work.

My Vision

To me a good photograph tells a story. It’s not posed or perfect but evocative of a time and place that means more than words can describe. They are simple gestures, a closeness between a mother and a child, a caress, an inside joke, routine, mundane, yet timeless. A good photograph transports you to those moments. It’s magic in how it can make you feel like you did back then.

The Session

As a mother of two little ones, I know how chaotic it can be to simply get everybody out the door let alone have them pose for a photo. Don’t stress about being perfect. The most important thing is to have fun and enjoy each other’s company. I’ll usually give you a few directions but mostly I’ll photograph you and your family enjoying your time together; real life as it happens in front of my camera.
